Since graduating from the University of Strathclyde in 2014, Chris has spent the early portion of his career developing experience in a variety of advisory and internal audit roles, leading to his current role as Business Improvement Manager at Southside Housing Association where he is leading their ongoing Orchard Implementation project and wider digital transformation and strategic IT improvement efforts.
DtL Creative have agreed a specific and innovative relationship with Southside where we can work in partnership and utilise Chris as a consultant outside his role at the Glasgow landlord.
A Prince2 practitioner, APMG qualified change manager, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, he is able to combine a strong theoretical understanding of projects, change management and process improvement with a breadth of practical experience gained while working in an advisory capacity with a number of housing organisations across the central belt. This blend of acumen and practical experience enables Chris to deliver value on both specific technical project assignments and as an advisor to senior leadership to support in strategy development and decision making. One of Chris’s additional strengths is his ability to challenge norms, change mindsets and drive culture change. This makes him an asset in delivering the important but often overlooked ‘softer side’ of digital transformation and change.
