A significant part of our offering at DtL Creative is based around the Civica Cx platform. We are experts in Cx and have helped many landlords implement and improve their systems. Getting your Cx system to do what you want is a skillset we have built over many implementations. It’s like moving chess pieces to ensure you win. We know how to design and build a Cx system for landlords to get the most out of it.

We have carried out many testing programmes for Cx customers. We can develop your testing strategy, build scripts, manage it through to completion or advise as you go. We also look at end to end testing ensuring interfaces are working as they should.

Training is a key component of delivering a new system. We have carried out training for a number of Cx customers and have two consultants that were previously with Civica in this capacity.


We know the data and SQL structures of Cx extremely well. Whether it is data migration, data enhancement or data strategies we can help you with data across the board.

We have been called upon to work with customers after implementation projects to deliver or support continuous improvement projects, to help with later phases of implementations, new interfaces, or advice on operational process improvements. We believe that systems can always be improved, and you should never sit still.
