.As we build a complete service for the social housing sector we are pleased to announce a business partnership with Camerons, a leading procurement consultancy. We have been involved in helping landlords procure the best possible solutions for a good number of years and this latest partnership will allow us to now deliver some of the most experienced experts.
Having managed upwards of 50 projects, from housing management systems (most recently Civica CX) to complex repairs interfaces and from finance systems to asset appraisal tools, he has the practical experience to ensure that projects deliver on business benefits and manage risks and issues effectively, having learnt from prior instances. Scott can add value as a seasoned project manager or providing project consultancy on initial setup, testing strategies and issue resolution / project recovery.
With experience developing and successfully implementing ICT strategies for housing providers, he can also provide strategic support for broader initiatives and technical consultancy across a number of areas.
Who remembers Aidan Dunphy? Well, he’s been working on interesting projects in other sectors for a few years, using cutting-edge tech in mobile, VR and AR. Now he’s back working in Housing, and he’s joining DtL Creative as an Associate Consultant through his company Flektion.
Aidan spent 20 years with Orchard and has a fantastic understanding of technology and its application in social housing. A great practitioner of transformation and change, Aidan is a driving force in ensuring landlords benefit from technology. And he can now help out customers at DtL do just that.

We are delighted to announce Stewart Davison joined us in January. A fantastic addition to the team, Stewart, a well known leader in the sector, will help us grow and deliver more innovative consultancy for both suppliers, landlords and their tenants.
As we grow and deliver more and more consultancy services related to housing systems, Jim Walker will be taking on a new role as Director of Consultancy. This will allow us a a business to bring even more quality to the range of systems consultancy.
Jim is one of the sectors leading experts in housing systems implementations and has now worked on many implementations for DtL Creative up and down the country.
